Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from those services.
User Content: Color palettes you create, scanned colors, and any notes you add to your palettes.
Payment Information: If you subscribe to Mixura Pro, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality.
Usage Data: Features you use, screens you visit, and how you interact with the App to improve our services.
Camera Data: When you use the color scanning feature, the App accesses your camera in real-time. We do not store, transmit, or save any photos or images. Color data is extracted locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Local Storage
For free users, all data (palettes, scanned colors, preferences) is stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
3.2 Cloud Storage (Pro Subscribers)
Pro subscribers' data is synced to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, which provides enterprise-grade security including:
Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
Encryption at rest (AES-256)
Access controls and authentication
Regular security audits
3.3 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States where Firebase servers are located. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
