How to delete your Mixura account and all associated data
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your Mixura account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account information - Your email address and profile details
Palettes and colors - All saved color palettes and scanned colors
Paint inventory - Your list of owned paints
Saved matches and mixes - All saved paint match results and mixing recipes
Preferences - Your brand selections and app settings
Subscription status - Your Pro subscription information (note: you must cancel any active subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play)
Delete via the App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Mixura app:
Open the Mixura app
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Review the information about what will be deleted
Type DELETE to confirm
Tap Delete My Account
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
Can't Access the App?
If you no longer have access to the Mixura app or are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Verification: For your security, we will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to the address associated with your account before processing the deletion request.
Data Retention
Once your account is deleted:
All data is removed immediately from our active systems
We do not retain any user data after account deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
Active Subscriptions
If you have an active Mixura Pro subscription, please note:
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription
You must cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to stop future charges
We recommend canceling your subscription before deleting your account
